Section 190-X-4-.07 - Costs(1) Upon a finding that licensee or permit holder has violated any enumerated provision of Code of Ala 1975, §§ 34-24-120 et seq., or any rule adopted pursuant thereto, the Board may impose the following costs against any person whose license or permit is refused, revoked, or suspended, and/or against who any fine has been imposed.(a) The Board may impose costs in the amount of up to $8,000 in connection with any hearing held in connection with the refusal of a license pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975, § 34-24-166(a).(b) The Board may impose costs for the actual amount incurred not to exceed $8,000 for each violation of any of the provisions of law governing the practice of chiropractic or any rule adopted pursuant thereto.Ala.
