Take notice that on September 13, 2002, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on Appendix A, attached to the filing, contains the enumeration of the proposed tariff sheets.
Transco states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Commission's Order on Compliance issued on August 29, 2002 in the referenced dockets, in which the Commission directed Transco to refile the tariff sheets made effective October 1, 2002 to eliminate references to Transco's new business system, 1Line Transco states that it will serve copies of the instant filing on its affected customers and interested State Commissions.
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's rules and regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations.
