Take notice that on August 30, 2002, TransColorado Gas Transmission Company (TransColorado) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Fiftieth Revised Sheet No. 21 and Twenty-Third Revised Sheet No. 22A, to be effective September 1, 2002.
TransColorado states that the filing is being made in compliance with the Commission's letter order issued March 20, 1997, in Docket No. RP97-255-000. The tendered tariff sheets propose to revise TransColorado's Tariff to reflect one amended negotiated-rate contract with Sempra Energy Trading.
TransColorado stated that a copy of this filing has been served upon all parties to this proceeding, TransColorado's customers, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and the New Mexico Public Utilities Commission.
