This supplemental notice provides additional information for a technical conference to be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2006, at 9 a.m. (EST), on demand response and advanced metering regarding issues raised by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005) section 1252(e)(3). This notice includes additional dockets numbers because those filings all contain issues associated with demand response and those issues may be discussed within presentations. The technical conference will be held in the Commission Meeting Room at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426. The conference will be open for the public to attend and advance registration is not required. This will be a staff conference, but Commissioners may attend.
The initial notice setting the date of this technical conference was issued on December 12, 2005. 70 FR 74,804 (2005). An additional notice setting forth the agenda and procedures for the technical conference was issued on January 13, 2006.

The conference will be transcribed. A transcript of the conference will be immediately available from Ace Reporting Company (202) 347-3700 or (800) 336-6646 for a fee.
