ACTION:

Proposed rule; Extension of comment period.

SUMMARY:

EPA is extending the comment period for the proposed rule Revision to the Federal Underground Injection Control (UIC) Requirements for Class I-Municipal Wells in Florida which was published in the Federal Register on July 7, 2000 at 65 FR 42234. The extension of the comment period is for 45 days to provide interested parties additional time to submit written comments on the proposal.

Comments must be submitted on or before October 20, 2000.
