SUMMARY:

This document allots Channel 248C3 to Sterling, Colorado, as that community's third local FM transmission service, in response to a petition for rule making filed by Ling Broadcasting. See 65 FR 33798, May 25, 2000. Coordinates used for this proposal are the city reference at 40-37-32 NL and 103-12-25 WL.

DATES:

Effective October 30, 2000. A filing window for Channel 248C3 at Sterling, Colorado, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent Order.
