SUMMARY:

This document allots Channel 245A to Covelo, California, as that community's first local aural transmission service, in response to a petition for rule making filed by Round Valley Unified School District. See 65 FR 30047, May 10, 2000. Coordinates used for this proposal are the city reference at 39-47-42 NL and 123-14-54 WL.

DATES:

Effective October 30, 2000. A filing window for Channel 245A at Covelo, California, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent Order.
