SUMMARY:
The Department of Commerce, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
I. Abstract
The regulations (19 CFR 358.101 through 358.104) provide procedures for requesting the Secretary of Commerce to permit the importation of supplies, such as food, clothing, and medical, surgical, and other supplies, by for-profit and not-for-profit entities for use in emergency relief work free of antidumping and countervailing duties.
Authority: 19 U.S.C. 1318(a). There are no proposed changes to this information collection.
II. Method of Collection
Three copies of the request must be submitted in writing to the Secretary of Commerce, Attention: Enforcement and Compliance, Central Records Unit, Room B-8024, U.S. Department of Commerce, 1401 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20230.
