Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Wetzel

Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):

West Virginia: Barbour, Doddridge, Lewis, Monongalia, Ohio, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur.

Ohio: Belmont, Monroe

Pennsylvania: Greene, Washington
