SUMMARY:
This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. The purpose of this notice is to improve the public's awareness of, and participation in, the FAA's exemption process. Description of Relief Sought: Airbus SAS seeks a 5-year time limited exemption for the incorporation of a modified Hydraulic Monitoring and Control Application Software (HMCA) standard S6 on the A350-941 and A350-1041 aircraft models fitted with Engine Driven Pumps (EDP-06) prior to a planned upgrade to Engine Driven Pump (EDP-07) for full compliance.
