SUMMARY:
The Pacific Fishery Management Council's (Pacific Council) Ad-hoc Sacramento River Fall Chinook (SRFC) Workgroup will hold a two-day online meeting in October 2024.
DATES:
The online meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 and Thursday, October 3, 2024, daily from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., Pacific time, or when business for the day concludes.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The primary purpose of the meetings is to address guidance received from the Pacific Council at their June 2024 meeting. The Workgroup will likely focus on finalizing their report that considers new or updated tools for SRFC management for the Pacific Council's November 2024 meeting. If applicable, the Workgroup may also discuss 2024 Salmon Methodology Review topics relevant to their tasking. Additional discussions may include, but are not limited to, future meetings, workload planning, and upcoming Council agenda items.
Although non-emergency issues not contained in the meeting agenda may be discussed, those issues may not be the subject of formal action during this meeting. Action will be restricted to those issues specifically listed in this document and any issues arising after publication of this document that require emergency action under section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, provided the public has been notified of the intent to take final action to address the emergency.
