d. Applicant: Green Mountain Power Corporation.

e. Name of Project: Essex 19 Project.

f. Location: The Project is located on the Winooski River in the townships of Essex Junction and Williston, Chittenden County, Vermont.

k. Description of Filing: Green Mountain Power Corporation proposes to install a 850 kilowatt minimum flow generating unit to provide greater hydraulic control in maintaining the project's required minimum flow while allowing for more efficient operation and generation during both high and low flow conditions.

In determining the appropriate action to take, the Commission will consider all protests or other comments filed, but only those who file a motion to intervene in accordance with the Commission's Rules may become a party to the proceeding. Any comments, protests, or motions to intervene must be received on or before the specified comment date for the particular application.
