Background
On April 3, 2024, Commerce published the Preliminary Results and invited interested parties to comment. On July 15, 2024, Commerce extended the deadline for the final results of this administrative review until September 27, 2024. On July 22, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in this administrative proceeding by seven days. The deadline for the final results is now October 4, 2024. Commerce conducted this review in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).

Analysis of Comments Received

Changes Since the Preliminary Results
Based on our evaluation of the comments received from interested parties regarding our Preliminary Results and our analysis of the record, we made certain changes to the weighted-average dumping margin calculation for GFCL, as detailed in the Issues and Decision Memorandum.
