Background
On April 25, 2024, Commerce published the Preliminary Results in the Federal Register . On July 22, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in this administrative proceeding by seven days. On August 26, 2024, Commerce extended the deadline for the final results of review until October 29, 2024.

We made no changes to the weighted-average dumping margin that we calculated for Speira GmbH (Speira) in the Preliminary Results.
