    SUMMARY:

    The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that the sole producer/exporter subject to this administrative review made sales of circular welded carbon-quality pipe (CWPs) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) December 1, 2021, through November 30, 2022.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

    Background

    On August 9, 2024, Commerce published the preliminary results in this administrative review in the Federal Register . Although we provided interested parties with an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results, no interested party submitted comments. Accordingly, the final results remain unchanged from the Preliminary Results, and thus, there is no decision memorandum accompanying this notice. Commerce conducted this review in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).

    Scope of the Order

    Final Results of the Review

    For these final results, we determine that the following estimated weighted-average dumping margin exists for the period December 1, 2021, through November 30, 2022:
