Pohlad, Los Angeles, California; to acquire additional voting shares of National Mercantile Bancorp, Los Angeles, California, and thereby indirectly acquire additional voting shares of Mercantile National Bank, Los Angeles, California, and South Bay Bank, National Association, Torrance, California.
