SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
On March 5, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of this administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) and rescinded the administrative review of two companies. A summary of the events that occurred since Commerce published the Preliminary Results, as well as a full discussion of the issues raised by parties for these final results, are discussed in the Issues and Decision Memorandum. On July 22, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in this administrative proceeding by seven days. The deadline for the final results of this administrative review is now September 6, 2024. Commerce conducted this review in accordance with section 751(a)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
