Termination of investigation.
SUMMARY:
On April 16, 2004, the Department of Commerce published notice in the Federal Register of a negative final determination of sales at less than fair value in connection with the subject investigation (69 FR 20592). Accordingly, pursuant to section 207.40(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 207.40(a)), the antidumping investigation concerning certain color television receivers from Malaysia (investigation No. 731-TA-1035 (Final)) is terminated.

April 16, 2004.
