Notice of meeting.
SUMMARY:
The Butte Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Oroville, California. Attendees may also participate via conference call. The RAC is authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (the Act) (Pub. L. 110-343) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C. App. 2). The purpose of the RAC is to improve collaborative relationships and to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service concerning projects and funding consistent with the Title II of the Act. The meeting is open to the public. The meeting will be held, in-person and via conference call on September 22, 2014 at 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to recommend allocation of FY13 funding among projects. The agenda will include time for people to make oral statements of three minutes or less. Individuals wishing to make an oral statement should request in writing by September 12, 2014 to be scheduled on the agenda. Anyone who would like to bring related matters to the attention of the RAC may file written statements with the committee staff before or after the meeting. Written comments and time requests for oral comments must be sent to Lee Anne Schramel listed under the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section.
