Pursuant to the Direction of Election an election by secret ballot was conducted on September 4, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the Fourth Region (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). On September 5, 1941, the Acting Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B , No 156. 710 WHITE HORSE PIKE BUS COMPANY 711 of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED , that Amalgamated Association of Street, Electric Railway and Motor Coach Employees of America, Local 880, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of the White Horse Pike Bus Company, Inc., and the Atlantic City Bus Company, Audubon, New Jersey, including bus drivers, mechanics, washers, and checkers, but excluding supervisory employees and office personnel, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Amalgamated Association of Street, Electric Railway and Motor Coach Employees of America, Local 880, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
