On May 7, 1942, the Board issued a Supplemental Decision and Direction.2 On March 24, 1942, the Regional Director for the Nineteenth Region (Seattle, Washington) acting pursuant to the Supplemental Decision and Direction and Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties a Supplemental Election Report.
