ORDER SEVERING CASES AND DISMISSING PETITION
August 08, 1942
The Board having, on December 3, 1938, issued a Decision, Order,
and Direction of Election 1 in the above-entitled cases, in which it
directed inter alia that "an election by secret ballot shall be conducted
at such time as the Board will in the future direct," and more than
three years having-, elapsed-since the issuance of sflid' Direction, and
the Board having duly considered the matter, and being advised in
the premises, and deeming it necessary in order to effectuate the pur-
poses of the Act,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED , in accordance with Article II, Section 36 (d),
and Article III, Section 10 (c) (4) of National Labor Relations Board
Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, that Cases Nos., C-456
and R-615 be, and they hereby are, severed; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petition in Case No. R-615 be, and it
hereby is, dismissed. ,
