REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE BRIEFS
IN RESPONSE TO NOTICE AND INVITATION
The American Federation of Labor & Congress of Industrial Organizations has
requested that the due date for the filing of briefs pursuant to the Board’s February 15,
2018 Notice and Invitation to File Briefs be extended by 30 days.
The requested extension of time is GRANTED IN PART.
Accordingly, the due date for the receipt in Washington, D.C. of briefs pursuant to
the Board’s Notice and Invitation is extended to April 30, 2018. This extension of time
applies to the parties and any interested amici. As set forth in the Board’s Notice and
Invitation, supplemental briefs by the parties shall not exceed 25 pages in length and
briefs by amici are not to exceed 15 pages.
Consequently, the due date for the receipt in Washington, D.C. of the parties’
responsive briefs, not exceeding 25 pages in length, is extended to May 14, 2018. No
other responsive briefs will be accepted.
