ORDER
The Respondent’s motion to strike the Charging Party’s brief in support of
exceptions for failure to comply with Section 102.46(c)(2) of the Board’s Rules
and Regulations is denied. Although Charging Party’s brief may not be in precise
compliance with the literal requirements of Section 102.46(c)(2) of the Board’s
Rules and Regulations, the brief substantially complies with the relevant rules.
