Pursuant to the Direction of Election, as amended, an election by secret ballot was conducted on April 4, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Seventh Region (Detroit, Michigan). On April 5, 1941, the Regional Di- rector acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon all par- ties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. I. 0., has been designated and selected by a majority of production and mainte- nance employees of United Stove Company, Ypsilanti, Michigan, in- cluding watchmen, line supervisors, and inspectors, but excluding supervisory and office employees and temporary employees hired by the Company between January 8 and February 13, 1941, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that In- ternational Union, United Automobile Workers of America, affiliated with the C.
