In the Matter Of UNITED BISCUIT COMPANY OF AMERICA ( FELBER BISCUIT COMPANY DIVISION) and UNITED RETAIL AND WHOLESALE UNION (CIO) Case No. R-2662 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES September 13, 1941 On July 31, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on August 18, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director: for the Ninth Region (Cincinnati, Ohio). On August 19, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Ar- ticle III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 92. 428 UNITED BISCUIT COMPANY OF AMERICA 429 icing department at the Company's Columbus plant, excluding super- intendents, foremen, assistant foremen, foreladies, firemen, engineers, -oilers, watchmen, office workers, automotive mechanics, painters, cafe- teria workers, carpenters and electricians, and all employees in the shipping department, including receiving clerks, elevator boys, base- ment men and truck drivers, as their representative for the purposes ,of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Retail and Wholesale Union (CIO)_ is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. 0
