F. OF L.) Case No. R-3391 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER February 28, 1942 On January 14, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in, the above-entitled proceeding. Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on February 10, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On February 12, 1942, the Acting Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election ,Report have been filed by any of the parties. As to the balloting and its • results, the Acting Regional Director reported as follows : Total number eligible_______________________________________ 210 Total ballots cast___________________________________________ 185 Total number of ballots cast for Local union #2135 United Textile Workers of America (A. F. of L.) ------------------ 104 Total number of challenged ballots___________________________ 0 Total number of void ballots________________________________ 0 Total number of blank ballots________________________________ 1 The results of the election show that no collective bargaining rep- resentative has been selected by a majority of employees within an appropriate unit. ORDER By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and certifi- cation of representatives of employees of Union-Buffalo Mill, Fair- mont, South Carolina, filed by Local Union #2135 United Textile Workers of America (A.
