In the Matter of TRUCK WELDING COMPANY, INC., and UNITED BROTH- ERHOOD OF WELDORS, CUTTERS, & HELPERS OF AMERICA Case No. R-3629 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES September 19,1942 On August 14, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election,, an election by secret ballot was conducted on August 28, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Nine- teenth Region (Seattle, Washington). On August 31, 1942, the Re- gional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No ob- jections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. R B., No 40. 228 TRUCK WELDING COMPANY, INC. 229 ployees, office and clerical employees, and supervisors, as their repre- sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9, (a) of the Act, United Brotherhood of Weldors, Cutters, & Helpers of America is the exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
