On December 22, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the par- ties. No. 41. 157 158 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD Connecticut, office of The Western Union Telegraph Company, includ- ing regular full-time and regular part-time messengers and part-time employees in the commercial department, but excluding superintend- ent, manager of the delivery department, cashier, commercial repre- sentative, day-telephone supervisor, and night manager in the commercial department; chief operator, early night chief operator, automatic supervisor, and assistant automatic chief in the traffic department; maintenance foreman, city foreman, construction fore- man, line-gang force, and maintenance employees in the plant depart- ment; distribution employees, "other employment" employees, and Helen Widenberg, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, American Federation of Labor is the exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
