ORDER SEVERING CASES AND PERMITTING WITH-
DRAWAL OF PETITION

The Board having on July 11, 1938, issued a Decision, Order and
Direction of Election 1 in the aboVe'-entitled cases and, thereafter, on
August 2'4, 1942, Oil Workers International Union having requested
permission to withdraw its petition in Case No. R-468, and the Board
having duly considered the matter, and being advised in the premises;
and deeming it necessary in order to effectuate the purposes of the Act,
IT Is HEREBY OP,DERED, in accordance with Article II, Section 36 (d),
and'Article III, Section 10 (c) (4) of the National Labor Relations
Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, that Cases Nos.
C=458 and R-468 be, and they hereby are, severed; and,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the request of the petitioner to withdraw
its petition in Case No. R-468 be, and it hereby is, granted.
