ORDER
The Acting General Counsel’s Request for Special Permission to Appeal
Administrative Law Judge Robert Ringler’s ruling approving a non-Board settlement
agreement settling the complaint allegations is denied. We find that the settlement
agreement substantially remedies the violations alleged in the second amended
consolidated complaint, and effectuates the purposes of the Act. See Independent
Stave Co., 287 NLRB 740, 741 (1987).
