Case No. R-3027 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES November 28,1941 On October 11, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceed- ings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on October 27 and 28, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On November 12, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pur- suant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballots or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Cannery, Agricultural, Packing and Allied Workers of America, Local 19, C. 1. 0., has been designated and selected by a majority of the employees of the Jackson Avenue plants of The Buckeye Cotton Oil Company, excluding supervisory and clerical employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Cannery, Agricultural, Packing and Allied Workers of Amer- ica, Local 19, C. I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment; and IT IS HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFIED that United Cannery, Agricultural, Packing and Allied Workers of America, Local 19, C. I. 0., has been designated and selected by a majority of the employees of the Holly- wood Mill of The Buckeye Cotton Oil Company, excluding super- visory and clerical employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Cannery, Agricultural, Packing and,Allied Workers of America, Local 19, C. I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. MR.
