Employer and Case 22-RC-1 3160 TEAMSTERS LOCAL 125 Petitioner DECISION AND ORDER The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held November 10, 2010, and the Acting Regional Directors report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 17 ballots cast for and 12 ballots cast against the Petitioner with 1 challenged ballot, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Directors findings and recommendations. ORDER IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for Region 22 for further appropriate action consistent with the Acting Regional Director's report.
