I: O., AND LOCALJ711` THEREOF Case No. R-3472, SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES April 80, 1942 On March 19, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the .above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an "election by secret ballot was conducted on April 2, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eighth Region (Cleveland, Ohio). On April 4, 1942, the Regional Director, acting'pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. As to- the balloting and, the results thereof, the Regional Director reported as follows : . On April 18, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued a Report on Objections, copies of which were duly served upon the parties, in which he'recommended that the Objections be overruled. The Board has considered the Objections to the Election Report and the Regional Director's Report thereon and finds that the Objections raise no substantial or material issues with respect to the conduct of the election. The Objections are hereby overruled. By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT is HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Union, U. A. W.-C. I. 0., and Local 711 Thereof, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance, employees of, Superior Coach Corpora- tion , Lima, Ohio, including watchmen, but excluding supervisory employees, foremen, subforemen, working foremen or strawbosses, draftsmen, engineers, and office and clerical employees, as their repre- sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, International Union, U. A. W.-C. I. 0., and Local 711 Thereof, affiliated with` the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
