DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election
held August 16, 2011, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of
them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The
corrected tally of ballots shows 8 ballots cast for and 7 ballots cast against the Petitioner.
There were no challenged ballots.
No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and
recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued.

CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for Union De
Tronquistas De Puerto Rico, Local 901, IBT and that it is the exclusive collective-
bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit:
All full time and regular part time utility employees, including the in-house
van mover driver, employed at the Employer’s warehouse located at the
Employer’s facility in Ponce, Puerto Rico; excluding all other employees,
merchandisers, salesmen, managers, supervisors, and guards as
defined in the Act.
