CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES

On August 29, 1941 , the National Labor Relations Board issued
its Decision and Direction of Election in the above -entitled pro-
ceedings ., Pursuant to the Direction of Election an election by
secret ballot was conducted by mail and the ballots tabulated on
September 26, 1941 , under the direction and supervision of the
Regional Director for the Sixteenth Region ( Fort Worth, Texas).
On September 27, 1941 , the Regional Director, acting pursuant to
Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules
and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report,
copies of which were duly served upon the parties . No objections
to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed
by any of the parties.
As to the balloting and the results thereof, the Regional Director
reported as follows :

Series 2, as amended.

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers, Local B-901, affiliated with the American Federation of
Labor, has been designated and selected by the traffic employees of
Southwestern Associated Telephone Company employed at the Com-
pany's exchanges located in Lamesa, Brownfield, Haskell, Tahoka,
Post, Seagraves, Denver City, and Allred, all within the State of
Texas, including operators, cashiers, and district stenographer-cash-
iers, but excluding chief operators and chief operator-cashiers, as
their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and
that pursuant`to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National
Labor Relations Act, International Brotherhood of Electrical Work-
ers' Local B-901, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor,
is. the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes
of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours
of employment, and other conditions of employment.
