Aug. 12, 2010) Copy Citation Avenel, NJ UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BEFORE THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD AMERICAN BOTTLING COMPANY Employer and Case 22-RC-1 3110 INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, LOCAL 125 Petitioner DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held June 18, 2010, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 19 ballots cast for and 22 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 1 void ballot and 3 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued. CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have not been cast for International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 125, and that it is not the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of these bargaining unit employees. Dated, Washington, D.C., August 12, 2010. By direction of the Board: Richard D. Hardick Associate Executive Secretary Copy with citationCopy as parenthetical citation
