Jun. 27, 2012) Copy Citation Daly City and Moss Beach, CA UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BEFORE THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD SETON MEDICAL CENTER/SETON COASTSIDE Employer and NATIONAL UNION OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS (NUHW) Petitioner Case 20-RC-73334 DECISION AND DIRECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered determinative challenged ballots in an election held March 2, 2012, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 271 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 280 ballots cast for the Intervenor,1 and 19 ballots cast against the participating labor organizations. There were 24 challenged ballots, a sufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations. 1 SEIU United Heathcare Workers-West SEIU-UHW 2 DIRECTION IT IS DIRECTED that the Regional Director for Region 20 shall, within 14 days of this direction, open and count the ballots of Estela Abesames, Elenita Alferez, Nelia Ascercion, Protacio Cabiltes, Randy Castillo, Maria Teresa Cruz, Nikki Del Mundo, Aquilina (Rose) Frost, Rosalina Murti, Maria Pega, Jovencio Romero, Jo Anne Aguas, Alyson Blancaflor, Nicole Caturay, Joy De Leon, Teofilo Eguilos, Lolita Lisam, Robert Mahan, Maria Recinto, and Gemelia Sagucio, and Florence Hazelton, and thereafter prepare and serve on the parties a revised tally of ballots, and issue the appropriate certification.
