The Respondent filed a response agreeing that all allegations should be remanded except those regarding the Respondent’s recording and camera policies, which the Respondent argues are lawful under Boeing. In response, the General Counsel contends that allegations regarding the recording and camera policies should be remanded (with the other allegations) for analysis under Boeing. Having duly considered the matter, IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to Administrative Law Judge Donna N. Dawson for the purpose of reopening the record, if necessary, and the preparation of a supplemental decision addressing the complaint allegations (including allegations regarding the Respondent’s recording and camera policies) under Boeing and setting forth credibility resolutions, findings of fact, conclusions of law, and a recommended Order.
