CLEANERS, INC. d/b/a SAVEWAY CLEANERS Employer and IBEW, LOCAL 1430 Petitioner Case 02-RC-023603 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held June 16, 2011, and the Acting Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 1 ballot cast for and 13 ballots cast against the Petitioner. There were no challenged ballots. No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued. 2 CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have not been cast for IBEW, Local 1430, and that it is not the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of these bargaining unit employees.
