The Request for Special Permission to File Brief Amici Curiae filed by the
General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, the Association of Christian
Schools International, Council for Christian Colleges & Universities, and the
Conference for Mercy Higher Education is granted. Accordingly, the amicus
brief, which was attached to the request, has been transmitted to the Board for its
