The Petitioner’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s Supplemental
Decision and Certification of Representative is granted as it raises substantial issues
warranting review as to Objections 4 and 5. The Board concludes that the issues relating
to Objections 4 and 5 can best be resolved by remanding this proceeding to the Regional
Director for consideration in light of Jurys Boston Hotel, 356 NLRB No. 114 (2011).1
Accordingly, the case is remanded to the Regional Director for further appropriate action
consistent with this Order. The Petitioner’s Request for Review is denied in all other
respects.
