ORDER VACATING ORDER AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT
September 14, 1942
The Board, having entered a Decision • and Order' in the above-
entitled proceeding on May 21, 1941; the United States Circuit Court
of Appeals for the First Circuit having entered its decree on Decem-
ber 19, 1941, enforcing the Board's Order in part and remanding a
portion thereof to the Board for further proceedings; and the Board
having duly considered the matter and being fully advised in the
premises, and it appearing to the Board that the issues involved in
the remanded portions of the proceeding have become moot,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that paragraphs 1 (b) and 2 (b) of the Order
entered herein by the National Labor Relations Board on May 21,
1941, be, and they hereby are, vacated and set aside; and
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that the complaint issued herein by
the National Labor Relations Board, insofar as -it alleges that Service
Wood Heel Company, Inc., doing business under style and trade name
of Russell Heel Company, refused to bargain collectively with Wood
Heel Turners Local 12 A, United Shoe Workers of America (C. I. O.),
be, and it hereby is, dismissed with prejudice.
