ORDER
On December 20, 2017, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of
Columbia denied the Respondent’s petition for review and granted the Board’s cross-
application for enforcement. In light of the Court’s judgment, the Respondent’s
November 17, 2017 letter requesting that the Board reconsider the Executive
Secretary’s rejection of its November 7, 2017 request for substantive relief is now moot.
