OF REPRESENTATIVES November 14, 1941 On September 23, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in this proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was con- ducted on October 22; 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On October 25, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. McGahey, a partnership d/b/a Royal Blue Granite Company, classified as plug. drillers, derrick men, blacksmith helpers, channel-bar 'operators, jack-hammer drill operators, blasters, gang-saw helpers, blacksmiths, pneumatic-drill operators, head ledge men, water boys, and common laborers, but excluding supervisory and clerical employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Sec- tion 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, United Stone and Allied Products Workers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to. rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
