R-2601 and R-2802 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES September 13, 1941 On August 14, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision, Direction of Election, and Order in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on August 27, 1941, under the direction and,supervision of the Regional Director for the Twenty-first Region (Los Angeles, California). On August 28, 1941, the Regional Di- rector, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the election or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. L., has been designated and selected by a majority of the pro- duction and maintenance employees of Rohr Aircraft Corporation, Chula Vista, California, including welders, shop clerks, timekeepers, and expediters, but excluding lead men and supervisory employees with the power to hire and discharge, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Association of Machinists, A. F. L., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
