The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 16 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 8 ballots cast for the Intervenor,1 and 66 ballots cast against the participating labor organizations. There were 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots. No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer’s report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued. 1 Production Workers Union of Chicago & Vicinity, Local 707.
