ORDER GRANTING MOTION
On August 27, 2010, the Board granted Rite Aid Store
#6473's Request for Review of the Regional Director's Order
Dismissing Petition.' On September 8, 2010, Rite Aid Store
#6473 filed a letter with the Board stating its desire to
withdraw its Request for Review. We have construed this
letter as a motion to withdraw the Request for Review.
Neither the Petitioner nor the Union has filed a response
to the Employer's motion and, therefore, it is unopposed.
Having duly considered the matter, the Board grants
the Employer's motion.
