The Union’s request for special permission to appeal the Hearing Officer’s granting of
the Employer’s and Non-party employers’ petitions to revoke subpoenas duces tecum is granted.
We deny the appeal on the merits because the Union did not demonstrate that the subpoenaed
documents were relevant. Thus, the Hearing Officer did not abuse her discretion in granting the
Employer’s and the Non-party employers’ petitions to revoke the subpoenas.
