Aug. 21, 2012) Copy Citation Tempe, AZ UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BEFORE THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL TRANSPORT, INC. and Cases 28-CA-023399 28-CA-060435 28-CA-061218 28-CA-062824 INDEPENDENT CERTIFIED EMERGENCY PROFESSIONALS OF ARIZONA, LOCAL #1 ORDER On December 20, 2011, Administrative Law Judge Lana H. Parke of the National Labor Relations Board issued her decision in the above-entitled proceeding and, on the same date, the proceeding was transferred to and continued before the Board in Washington, D.C. The Administrative Law Judge found that the Respondent engaged in certain unfair labor practices, and recommended that it take specific action to remedy such unfair labor practices. The Respondent filed timely exceptions with the Board to the judge’s decision and thereafter Counsel for the Acting General Counsel filed timely cross-exceptions. On July 16, 2012, the Respondent and the Acting General Counsel filed a joint motion to withdraw exceptions and cross-exceptions. The motion is granted. Accordingly, as there are no exceptions that are pending before the Board, and the time allowed for such filing having expired, Pursuant to Section 10 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, and Section 102.48 (a) of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations, the Board adopts the findings and conclusions of the Administrative Law Judge as contained in her decision, and orders that the Respondent, Professional Medical Transport, Inc., Tempe, Arizona, its officers, agents, successors and assigns, shall take the action set forth in the recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge.
